1. Secondary Education in English
Evidence that 3 years of full-time secondary education (Grades 8–12) were successfully completed in English in a country where English is one of the principal languages.
This may include successful completion of a BC Adult Graduation Program.
Applicants must provide transcripts showing completion of Grade 12 English with a minimum grade of “C.”

2. Post-Secondary Education in English
Completion of 2 years of full-time post-secondary education at an accredited institution where English is the language of instruction, in a country where English is one of the principal languages.

This program provides hands-on Human Resources training that employers demand. Students learn to develop, implement, and evaluate human resources and labour relations policies, programs, and procedures, and advise employers and employees on human resources matters. Human resources professionals are employed throughout the private and public sectors, or they may be self-employed.

Approximately 2–3 hours (approximate; depends on study time and how well concepts are grasped).
Students are assessed through written tests, computer-based tasks, and assignments. After each lesson there is a question paper that must be completed and submitted for marking. Continuous assessment supports progress monitoring and ongoing assistance.
Students must complete 160 hours of work experience. To qualify, students must maintain a minimum C grade average or higher and minimum attendance of 85%.
85% of classes must be attended to achieve competency for this qualification.
Minimum C grade average is required for graduation.
