Program Overview

The Early Childhood Education/Educational Assistant Program at Alpha Community Outreach is designed to train graduates to provide quality services for young children and their families. The program follows recognized training guidelines in Early Childhood Care and Education and prepares students with the knowledge and skills needed to assist classroom teachers in inclusive educational settings. The program combines theory and practical application for working with elementary and secondary age students in the K–12 school system.

**Students may choose to complete both Early Childhood Education and Educational Assistant courses, or focus on the courses related to only one specialization. Tuition remains the same for either option. Students who complete both areas expand their employment opportunities.**
